La Baracheta

Ci troviamo a Valdobbiadene, città d’arte per il vino e per il panorama disegnato da filari d’uva che si rincorrono su dorsi, chine, valli verdi;
a completare il panorama un buon numero di agriturismi, ristoranti, b&b, osterie, trattorie per accogliere turisti da tutto il mondo.
In questo affascinante territorio c’è un piccolo paese, San Giovanni.

Qui si trova l’agriturismo “La Baracheta” il cui nome ci porta al 1933 quando, in una piccola baracca di legno, si servivano pane, sopressa e formaggi accompagnati da “un goto de vin bon” (il Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G).

“Agriturismo la Baracheta” is located in San Giovanni, a small village nestled in between the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene. Recently awarded with the Unesco World Heritage status, this beautiful scenario of vine-covered slopes, grassy valleys and farmlands represents a unique cultural landscape as well as a charming destination for visitors from all around the world.

The origin of our name “La Baracheta” dates back to 1933 when this was nothing but a little wooden shack serving bread, cheese and soppressa (traditional cured meat) to pair with the local Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco wine.
